Private, authorized use

This workspace is for the owner’s personal use with a maximum of 20 active cases. The owner must have permission to store and check receipt numbers belonging to family members or friends and must remove information when permission is withdrawn.

USCIS remains authoritative

Casewatch is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by USCIS or the U.S. government. It does not provide legal advice. Official notices, deadlines, requests for evidence, and information on USCIS websites control if any information differs.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to access a case without permission, evade API limits, distribute API credentials, interfere with the service, or violate applicable law. The owner is responsible for protecting the login and promptly changing credentials after suspected access.

Availability

Case status checks depend on USCIS and the hosting provider. Updates may be delayed or unavailable. The owner should continue reading official notices and checking USCIS directly when needed.
